Music that Inspires

Thanks for checking out my music. I’ve been writing tunes since I was a kid, having grown up in a household where music was ever-present and loud, with artists like the Beatles (Paul and John), the Beach Boys (Brian Wilson), Burt Bacharach, James Taylor, Elton John, as well as Luiz Bonfa, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Frank Sinatra and other jazz greats pulsating throughout the house, usually from three different sources at once. The clash of styles created in me a need to emulate their melodies and chord creativity, and I was popping out tunes by the time I was 11. My music is eclectic, ranging from country to metal, to Broadway-style musicals, to Brazilian, to opera, to jazz, to childrens’ pop, to Christmas, CCM and worship. The styles may be a bit wide-ranging, but seems to be the fun of it for me. 

Over time I have amassed a long list of songs that are only slightly represented here (my kids stuff is now streaming), but hopefully, I will be adding to in the coming months and years. I hope you’ll check back from time to time.
